Applicable Objects: All original visual content created by Little Tree Studio and clearly marked with attribution

I. General Terms (Applicable to All Resources)

1.1 Copyright Ownership

All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights of resources belong exclusively to Little Tree Studio, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

1.2 Agreement Applicability Prerequisite

This agreement takes effect only when resource files or their publication pages are clearly marked with “© Little Tree Studio” or “This resource is protected by LTS-OVAL agreement”. Unmarked resources do not automatically fall under this agreement.

1.3 Attribution Format (Mandatory Requirement)

In any permitted usage scenario, complete attribution must be provided in a prominent position (such as video credits, illustration corners, document footers) in one of the following forms:

English format: © Little Tree Studio | https://zsxiaoshu.cn
GitHub project reference: Assets by Little Tree Studio (https://github.com/shu-shu-1)

Attribution must not be smaller than the minimum font size of the main text and must not be placed in a position where users need to actively click/scroll to see it.

II. Usage Specifications by Type

2.1 Promotional Videos

Personal/non-profit organizations forwarding original videos	✅	Keep complete opening and closing credits, do not crop logos
Secondary editing (such as mashups, reaction videos)	⚠️ Limited to non-commercial	Must retain original attribution segments and note “Source: Little Tree Studio”
For commercial advertisements, product launches	❌	Requires separate commercial authorization agreement
Upload to platforms like YouTube/Bilibili with monetization enabled	❌	Even if content is non-profit, enabling platform monetization is considered commercial behavior

Note: For third-party elements in promotional videos such as background music and fonts, users must confirm their licensing compatibility themselves.

2.2 Tutorial Videos

Usage Scenario	Permitted	Conditions
Play in schools/training institution classrooms	✅	Limited to on-site teaching, no recording or distribution
Repost to educational websites (such as Bilibili knowledge section)	✅	Must be set to “no repost” and include complete attribution + official website link in description
Break down video steps for creating graphic tutorials	✅	Must note “Steps referenced from Little Tree Studio tutorial videos” and attach original video link
Embed in paid courses or membership content	❌	Whether modified or not, commercial authorization is required

Special Note: Operation interfaces, code snippets, wallpaper preview images, etc., shown in tutorials, if belonging to the “Little Tree Wallpaper” project, their use is subject to that project’s independent agreement and not automatically included in this agreement.

2.3 Original Illustrations

Usage Scenario	Permitted	Conditions
For personal avatars, non-profit club posters	✅	Do not obscure/remove embedded attribution in illustrations (if any)
Print in non-sale items (such as club handbooks, event commemorative cards)	✅	Single printing ≤ 200 copies, and attribution must be on copyright page
For physical merchandise such as T-shirts, badges, stickers	❌	Whether sold or not, considered derivative works, authorization required
As UI elements or character skins in games/apps	❌	Even if distributed for free, written permission required

Illustration resolution limitation: Illustrations obtained through public channels (such as official websites, social media) are default for display purposes. If high-resolution source files (≥300dpi) are needed, must apply through official channels.

2.4 Logos & Branding

Important: Logos are core brand assets of Little Tree Studio, and authorization is extremely strict.

Display in third-party articles introducing Little Tree Studio	✅	Must use standard logo files (PNG/SVG) provided by official website, no distortion or color changes
Display as joint logo in partnership projects	⚠️	Limited to partners who have signed memorandums of understanding (MOU), and must use official “joint logo template”
Use logo as own product icon or startup screen	❌	Strictly prohibited, regardless of association with “Little Tree Wallpaper” project
Use after modifying logo color/font/structure	❌	Including “tribute” and “imitation” behaviors are considered infringement

Logo file acquisition: Limited to download from https://zsxiaoshu.cn/brand, files from other channels are invalid.

III. Commercial Authorization Process

For usage beyond the scope of this agreement (including but not limited to commercial distribution, derivative development, AI training, large-scale printing, etc.), please apply according to the following steps:

Submit Application: Send email to studio@zsxiaoshu.cn, subject format: [Commercial Authorization Application] + Project Name
Provide Information:
- List of resources to be used (with links or filenames)
- Usage scenarios and scope (platform, region, duration, expected user volume)
- Whether original content will be modified
Sign Agreement: After approval, will provide “Little Tree Studio Commercial Authorization Agreement” (including fees, attribution methods, breach clauses, etc.)
Authorization Effective: After both parties sign, authorization officially takes effect, no sub-licensing to third parties

IV. Violation Handling

First violation found: Send rectification notice, if not corrected within 7 days, publicly declare infringement
Repeated or malicious infringement: Reserve the right to pursue legal liability and claim damages
Community reporting channel: studio@zsxiaoshu.cn (with evidence links)

V. Agreement Updates and Interpretation

The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Little Tree Studio
This agreement does not affect users’ fair use rights under the “Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China”, but fair use still requires attribution
